It was nice meeting you and your family in Barcelona Sat night. We leave here Thursday for Carcassone, then Avignon. As of now we are thinking of spendinf 3 nights in Montpellier on the way back to the airport. Do you have any recommendations on wines from that area? Good luck in your future ventures with your vineyard. We will be tracking The Vine Route as we have subscribed to the website.

Just came back from Corsica (yup, Canadian, but not living in Europe). Loved it!! Beautiful island and I’m so glad we got to enjoy the various regions of it!!
However, I was wondering if you could suggest good gift wines and how I could get them over here (long story on why I didn’t bring any back with me…)
Try Kermit Lynch. He has wines from several excellent Corsican producers, including Antoine Arena and Yves Leccia. I don’t know, however, if you can get his wines in Canada.
